Our Team includes 2 associate Company Secretary having trained under the firm and having experience of around 3 years post qualification and having extensive knowledge of working in listed and other closely held public/private companies. 1 person in full time employment having experience of more than 8 years in dealing with the ROC, filing of various forms and documents off-line and on-line with MCA, preparations of various minutes, forms, registers etc under the Companies Act. 4 Trainees working sincerely and updating themselves with the provisions of the new Companies Act, 2013, following instructions for preparation of various records and registers under the Companies Act, preparation and filing of various forms with the MCA.
